The Free Week Between Christmas and New Years Day

We’ve caught up with family, filled our bellies with sweets, and recovered from December holiday parties and work rushes…now we have seven days of calm before the resolutions begin, work emails buzz aggressively, and long waits for gym machines begin.  This is the perfect time to spend on OURSELVES!

Reading, resting, and reflecting.  Freebie time with our family, with nature, cooking, cleaning, exercising…whatever is needed, and feels right. I’ll be taking long baths, practicing yoga, and trying new face and body masks daily.   Specifically, I’m looking forward to a night in this week with the below goodies:

There will also be a lot of greens added back into my diet and full nights of sleep.  New Years shouldn’t shock the system.  So looking forward to using this week to ease into things, and prepare for a healthier and better 2015!
